How do I remove Items from my Cart?
Click the "X-Remove" link at the right end of the line of the item you wish to remove.
How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
Change the quantity shown in the box next to that item and click Update Quantity.
Where will I see the discount when I enter my promotional code?
When you enter your coupon or promotional code on the Shopping Cart page (first page of cart check-out) and click the "+" sign beside the entry box, you will see the effect of your coupon immediately reflected on your merchandise total on the right side of the screen.
What if I want to use my Christian Supply charge account?
Just enter your 6-digit account number in the "Church Account or Email" field under Returning Customer. Then, in the Password box, enter your BILLING zip code plus TWO ZEROES on the end (ex: enter 2930100 for zip code 29301).
What is Economy Shipping?
If your qualifying MERCHANDISE purchase totals $89.00 or more (some larger items are excluded from eligibility on free shipping offer), then you qualify for FREE Economy Shipping. This option will appear as the default on the Delivery Method page. You may change it to another shipping method, but you will be charged for the cost of that shipping method. (NOTE: Economy Shipping option is ONLY available on orders shipped to the contiguous United States, therefore free shipping offer is not extended to orders outside contiguous US.)
How can I keep items in my shopping cart if I'm not checking out right now?
If you leave items in your cart and "log out" of the session, you will loose all items in your cart (this is for your protection and avoid placing orders for items you may not have intended to order). If you wish to "save" the items in your cart, simply close your internet browser (do NOT log off) and the items will be in your cart when you return.
