Price Discrepancies and Price Changes

While we seek to maintain current pricing on all items, our suppliers to occasionally raise prices without notifying us. In the event of any pricing change from what is presented online, you will be notified before the order ships and given the opportunity to adjust or cancel your order.
While we attempt to monitor our prices to the highest level of accuracy possible, Christian Supply, Inc. does reserve the right to correct erroneous pricing information that is discovered. Rest assured that any errors will be corrected promptly and customers will be given the option of adjusting their order accordingly without penalty.

We want to make shopping with us as easy as possible for you. And you can shop with confidence, knowing that IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY RETURN IT FOR REFUND, CREDIT, OR EXCHANGE.
Please note that returns are only accepted within 30 days of your purchase, and some items are subject to a re-stocking fee (from our suppliers). Shipping & Handling

Continental United States:All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground service (as the default shipping method) unless otherwise requested by you at check-out. Shipping charges are based on the dollar volume of your order for most items. Some larger items that require freight shipment are marked as such and have shipping charges (that are indicated on those products) outside our normal shipping rates.
Express shipping is also available at additional cost, and these options and costs are also detailed at check-out.
Orders outside the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii): Please note that shipping costs to areas outside of the contiguous United States are higher. These rates are computed automatically at check-out.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We cannot ship to post office boxes. We can, however, ship to APO and FPO boxes (for military orders). |

Sales Tax

Purchases by South Carolina residents are subject to a 5% state sales tax. This is computed automatically at check-out (based on your state code for shipping), and added to your order total.
If a purchaser is 80 years of age or older, pursuant to South Carolina tax law, a refund of 1% of the 5% accessed will be made upon proof of age (faxed to our offices along with order confirmation number). |

Delivery

Orders for items that are in-stock normally ship either the day of order, or the next business day. Please note that items that are not in stock, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.
We are happy to expedite orders on request. Any order that requests overnight or 2-day shipping (extra cost for postage) is automatically expedited and the customer is notified immediately if the items is NOT available for immediate shipping. |

Return Policy

Returns are not accepted on items after 30 days from the date of purchase or on seasonal items (i.e. VBS, Christmas, Easter, etc.) after the season is over. Items which are custom-made such as choir robes, furniture, embroidered or imprinted items, etc. are NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS DEFECTIVE.

Some items are subject to a re-stocking fee if returned. Please inquire about this possibility BEFORE making your return.
We are sorry, but WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT EXPLANATION OR IDENTIFICATION, OR LOST IN RETURN SHIPMENT. To help prevent loss in shipment, we urge you to use United Parcel Service (UPS) or INSURED Parcel Post (U.S. Post Office).
